What is a discovery call?
  • It’s a phone discussion to get an overview of your background, experience and level. We will discuss what are your goals, needs and challenges. And create a recipe for your training to expedite the process to achieve your desired results.
Do I need a discovery call?
  • If you are not sure about what you want. You need to set up a call to discuss plans and create a recipe for your training. But if you have a specific goal and are satisfied with their training regiment, you can skip this call and book a session.
What is a 1 on 1 private session?
  • These sessions provide a more concentrated and individually tailored approach towards the individual needs of the player. Player benefits from the full attention and training aimed at strengthening their weaknesses and rapidly enhancing their development and growth. Special attention is given to breaking down mental barriers and lifting a soccer player to optimal confidence levels.
What is a group session?
  • A high-intensity training session tailored to the specific needs of the athlete in a competitive group environment. Players can put into action the lesson learned with their teammates. Great way to also develop new friends, social skills and build more confidence. Needs to be in a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 people.
What is a team session?
  • Providing customized team training sessions for clubs, schools, corporate and various other programs. Needs to be in a minimum of 10 people and above.
How much will it cost me per session?
  • We have different pricing for a different sessions. Here are the lists of those costs:
  • ​A single private session will cost you $200 per 1-hour session for 1 person.
  • ​A group session is $55 per 1-hour session for 1 person.
  • ​A team session is $30 per 1-hour session for 1 person.
  • Can I request a discount?
  • Yes, we do offer some discounts depending on the circumstances. You can contact us to discuss further.
  • Do you have packages?
  • Yes, we encourage our patrons to avail of our packages to not only reduce costs but to ensure continued growth. Here are the lists
  • I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, how can I do that!
  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 48 HOURS before the FIRST session appointment. NO refunds will be given if cancellation is done LESS than 48 HOURS before the FIRST session.
  • Private Session packages and their terms:
  • 4 Private Session Package for $600 from a regular price of $800 you will save $200.
  • The package expires in 30 days from the training session. This means that all 4 sessions must be used within 30 days of attending your first session.
  • 8 Private Session Package for $1,100 from a regular price of $1,600 you will save $500.
  • The package expires in 45 days from the first training session. This means that all 8 sessions must be used within 45 days for attending your first session.
  • 12 Private Session Package for $1,500 from a regular price of $2,400 you will save $900
  • The package expires in 60 days from the first training session. This means that all 12 sessions must be used within 60 days for attending your first session.
  • Where is your training location?
  • We usually ask our clients for their preferred location for the training. But our training location is usually in the Hempstead Area of New York here in Long Island.
